if tinud-anay gyud and kabalo mu nga qualified, capable and deserving kaayo mo for a promotion
then there you should be able to weight down things....you cannot give in return for things you deserve
pero if klaro kaayo dili qualified for that promotion but still gi-offer then kana klaro gyud na
there's usually a catch or "deal" behind ana.
