oh they sent me the card years ago.

i called them to clarify that i do not want it and i never applied for it.

the one who answered me, said that the card is useless if not activated, so there is no need for me to return it.

THE CARD WAS NEVER ACTIVATED AND I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING IN RESPECT TO THAT CARD.

that was two years ago.

Then, if they don't want to talk with you .. then, talk to a lawyer .. I think that's the most logical way ..

ive bin a good client with bpi since college days nako. pero super ra sila ka pro active in this case to even offer me a credit card without me applying for it.

dili ko mubayad oi. in fact, i can close all my other accounts with them.

grabe na kaau ila marketing strat karon.

i have one biya sa HSBC wala ko na ngaaply for a card, pero ila ra kung g sendan, ingon sila no worries daw as long as dili nako e activate ang card..so until now wala nako g activate ang card so wala sad koy annual fee..pero i dont know sa BPI, basin lain pud na ila, about sa ilang mga pama agi

exactly the same case ta bro. except nakadawa ko today ug bill for annual membership fee.

wala pud nako gi activate ang card, i never signed anything pud.

when i applied for HSBC ang gag0ng agent giapply sa tanan credit cards. mag abot abot ang cards bisan walay approval nako. Sakpan nako modus ana nila.
They will fill in the form and use their friend's cell number para sila ang ma CI. they will also use a different landline number to pretend they are my employer. Pag abot sa cards ako gipacancel.
