    They call it Piracy.

I call it the life and blood of the Internet...and us.

Of what good use is the Internet without being able to download media and stuff?

    Let us fight this!

This is way above their skillset/knowledge. They're better off sticking with the raids & stall closures for pirated media content...

    Think of iTunes, iStore....

have you heard of web spider, robots, web crawling and data mining?, if not try researching them it will answer your question!!

its possible to stop it, IP farming.....

however it is still possible to workaround a restriction....

they cant shutdown the site... but they can surely blocked it from being access sa country... thru ISP.... and IP Farming...

    try researching internet censorship!!

...Pero I think this is really a controversial between from country to country... because, in the first place, there are some individuals na mo-visit jud sa mga gov site to seek some important details and information and we can't control them from browsing thier needs. I believe the only way is that they must have IT Security Expert specialized to that particular field...

...For us we already have enough tools and audit logs to control and monitor of some activities being accessed so, falling to this edge would be a good way without any controversy and without giving too much hassle to the gov, people and staff, IT support and administrators, and to the external clients.
