Im just posting this because everyday I commute, I never fail to notice a lot of this insane, stinking, greasy people walking in our streets..

Murag wala na juy pakabana ang atong Local Government ani??

Totally makauwaw if d ka taga Cebu ug first time nimo maka visit dire sa Cebu... this people will be the first thing you will notice in all the streets here in Cebu (Uptown, Midtown and Downtown)

Totally shame... I used to see a very few of these vagabonds and insanes few years back.. NOW.. it seems they are all over Cebu streets already.
