if one thing is deemed rationally "inexplicable", then trying to explain it using other avenues would not only cause confusion, but misinformation as well.
it is possible however, with better insight on such phenomena, the time will come that we can come up with suitable explanations, rendering folly and superstition that usually rears its ugly head every time a supposedly inexplicable phenomena arises.

Simple--if science cannot answer a certain topic, then that said topic shouldn't be posted in the science section. Claro?

it's called SCI-FI
On the contrary, most (good) works of science fiction actually have pretty good logical explanations woven into the plot of the story. This makes the story more believable and thus adds more to the interest and excitement level in the story. This is why some sci-fi stories/movies that depict mostly action scenes instead of detailed explanations for what's going on, are somewhat dull. Compare say "Source Code" to "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and you know what I'm talking about.
