We are opening our training facility for American English and Personality Development on Sept 27, 2011. This will benefit those who aspire to join the call center industry but is not confident of their communication skills.. Also, this will be a great benefit to those who would like to enhance their communication skills.

-We will start accepting applications on Sept 19,2011 for the first 20 trainees.
-The training location will be in Mandaue City
-Training will be for 12 days, 6 days a week, Mondays to Saturdays
-For now, we only have one training schedule which is at 8Am to 12NN.


Training will include:
-American English Language Training (Pronunciation, Diction, Intonation, and Enunciation)
-American Culture and Geography
-The Call Center Industry
-Basic Computer Training
-Personality Development Training

How to Qualify
-must be 18 -65 years old
-must have finished at least 2nd year in college
-must be willing to undergo extensive training for 10 days
-must be comfortable in interacting with other trainees
-high school graduates are also welcome
