mao... weird gyud... how can a rookie be named MVP (he beat Ravena and Slaughter and every big named stars of the UAAP) and yet was not chosen as ROY? doesn't make any sense to me...

Si Parks ang MVP kay ang basis ra sa award kay purely stats. It's quite a feat actually, kay apil gud sa kwenta ang team wins, so diha pa lang daan pabor na kaayo si Slaughter. But then again, it also favors Parks because he's the lone star on the team so he gets all the touches. I think it's better that Greg won't be named MVP, he doesn't need to prove himself as the main reason of Ateneo's success this season anyway, basig ma-distract ra hinuon siya/sila.

And sakto si idwyt, parehas ra si Greg ug si Parks nga di pwede ma-ROY. Parehas ra ni RR Garcia adtong pag-1st year niya sa 2009. Ravena deserves the award anyway, maka-lingo2x gyud ka sa ka-maayo niya.

BTW Ateneo already booked the first Finals slot earlier (delayed na na ang ipa-kita sa TV karon), 69-66. Daghan kaayog sayop ang UST sa last, sayang. Lig-on sad gyud kaayo ang Ateneo, di ma-da. Pamugasay kaayo.
