So an solution ana is imu basahon ug i compare ang duha ka constitution pero focus ka sa mga provisions nga nag involve sa President.

Example ana is mu ingun ka nga:

In making a comparative study you need more than 10 sources, the more the sources the better.

I dont think your problem is about information but on how you should go about your research. Divide the topics you want the president to be compared vis-a-vis the situation prevailing in their time like for example.
In comparing Foeign Policy during the marcos and aquino admin, you should at least point out the similarities and differences in the international politics. marcos era there is at least still the cold war, aquino decline of the USSR. Then their foreign policy similarities and differences, the problem they faced and how they attacked them.

You can actually use the wikipedia not as your source but you starting line to make you research, at the bottom a wikipedia article you will find the direct sources, check them out.

You can get better information from books than internet sources, so Id say check your library. Try the table of contents or the index of books under Asian Philippine politics, Democracy, Society.
A book can lead you to another source.

If you want internet sources try checking government sites more or less they have not so bias comparison, but you have to do it by agency or department like for example DAR. In their history you will find different policies under the different administration related to them.
