i'm sorry....but i got in convergys with 5 pages of dropped/failed subjects....

it does not matter if you're good in your interview and you make sense in answering the questions of interviewers....

So you just show up with your goodlooks? convergys - you must have talk your way into hiring you as its a call center. They dont care about grades if you can talk straight english. So it means you impress them with your English.

I suggest, para at least maka tabang2x pod sa imong worse TOR, pag schooling or take up training/upgrading courses.

If concerning ka ug IT, pag take ug kanang sa mga advance programming, networking, etc...

Lisod jud mangapply labi na fresh graduate, unya hugaw pa jud ang atong TOR.

Pero if experienced naka ug 3-5 years, then ang imong experience kay needed kaayo sa requesting company, dili na kaayo na sila mag tan aw sa imong TOR... ang uban gani bisan dili kaayo dako imong score sa job exams, sa interview ug actual ra daugon.

If it is a daily job and it's related to your field then knowing you are a fresh grad, i'm sorry TS, but big companies won't hire you,.

If a certain company requires massive hiring, grab the opportunity, impress them during your interview., and as well as on your work na pud jud.,

If you're applying on a call center industry, make sure your english is far more better than anything else., makasulod jud ka.,

ka relate ko nimo bro.. after graduate from college hadlok gyud ko basig way modawat nako kay nanglipstick akong grado.. 1st hurdle nimo kay inig pass ug application sa company kung tawgan ba ka for an interview it tawgan gani ka prepare for it, nya during interview be honest and sincere sa imong mga tubag if tagaan kag chance nganong na ingon ana imong grado iexplain honestly nya unsa imo buhaton if tagaan kag chance maka work nila.. dress at your best during interview nya make your attitude/presence nga opposite sa imong grades para maconfuse ang interviewer, kung pinabagsik bagsik look/attitude gani ka base palang sa looks maka conclude na ang interviewer nganong na ingon ana imong grades.. you know what i mean hehe.. thats what i did way back years ago after ko nadawat gained much experience i try applied other company nga same industry.. i was hired based on my expertise not on my TOR na.. lastly lots of prayers really helps big time!
