i just dont figure why sammy included a touchpen/stylus on this note, when infact the touch sensitivity coupled with the big screen size more than compensates the touch UI on it already

not necessarily. i have an ipad which has a bigger screen and excellent UI but still writing/sketching on it with bare fingers, or with current styluses on the market, is not as accurate as when using a "pointed" stylus. i wonder if such styli will be made available for the ipad as well. for now, im using a capacitive stylus for mine- the one with a squishy end.

planning to get the galaxy note when its released exactly for this reason- pocketable digital note-taking. Samsung note has picked up where dell streak has left off, and then some. i hope its as snappy as the current online reviews say it is.

Phone Tablet combined or phoneblet.

Im thinking of having this one instead of buying a tablet but its too big if you use it for calling(you will look stupid) unless you will use bluetooth.

It's not just the calling where you will have problems. It's hard to fit it in the pocket. If you're pockets are too shallow, you'll have to carry a bag with you.. hahaha

anyway...definitely this will be a great buy @ P30K...those of you planning to buy a high-end smartphone, just be patient...

i think its a cool device to have. save space by having a tablet and phone in one but i agree its going to be hard to use for a phone unless you use bluetooth
