yes. we have quality education sa Pilipinas right now. It has nothing to do with the salaries of teachers and classrooms. If our educational standard is not up to par, then why do we have top notch accountants working in singapore. filipino designers in USA. distinguished doctors in UK. nurses in canada. engineers in australia, agronomist in taiwan,?

as to classrooms, the online classroom knows no boundaries. supplement your computer courses with those of MIT (download from internet).

I am studying astronomy with lessons/lectures from US schools downloaded from the internet. Best of all, all these are free.

I think this is one of the effect of over population and poor regulation of state universities and colleges, instead na mo focus on quality education mo focus na noon sa quantity of students.

the honest answer is NO!

there is no education in pilipinas..there is no quality neither.. samot walay quality education!

how can you judge our schools if ikaw mismo wa pa katamak ug skwelahan sa abroad? foreign pipz even chose philippines... medicine, engineering, dentistry etc.. "no education" stop being a farm boy and move to the city!

it depends mostly on the teacher and the system of the school like on how to promote learning. Kung public school teacher like sentral schools aside sa F. L. class or class for bright kids kay bati ang teacher pero this is my opinion
