Hi I'm a call center agent here in Makati, I'm earning 30-35k a month I'm planning to relocate in Cebu, City what company will you recommend that gives a good compensation (not exactly 30-35k)? (except for CVG, Sutherland and IBM coz I've been with the said companies before) Thanks!

better stay in Makati then. no call center in Cebu gives a monthly salary to agent positions na 30 - 35K.

except those time i was working in eTel (now stream), it took me almost 2 years (2007 to 2009) to work my way up. got some promotions and earned 37,500 gross monthly salary.


if managerial positions then that's approx the basic 35k for a team lead in cebu

uu no call center would offer that for agent position kay d man au mahal ang cost of living dre compared sa makati.. if you want though ...parelocate nalang.. u stay with the same company and you keep your rate.. d mana nila pde pagamyan imo rate bsan naa na ka sa cebu kay naa mana sa labor code.. that of course if they allow you to relocate...
