    do you know that malunggay grows in the arabian desert?

    yes, i brought seeds and grew a few.. buhi pa tingali to karon..

    mubalik man ko didto.. i'll bring seeds na pud ug magtanom ko didto.

    usa ra ang disadvantage aning kamungay..mao ni maka trigger sa highblood,maka sticky ni ug dugo.kana inyo samad pugai ug duga sa kamungay mo uga dayon! kamo mga highblaron kaon mo kamungay after 20 minutes pakuha mo ug BP ingna ko gotchinang-go kung ubos imong BP.

    guys, share lang ko sa akoang baligya nga malungga product.
    basig ganahan mo motry every effective kaayo. labi na ang malunggay capsule with ginger and garlic

    kung gusto mo ug sayon, suwayi ang noodles tapos butangi lang ug kamunggay inig bukal.

    i have to disagree bro, when it comes to stopping bleeding wounds ang kamunggay may act as "sponge" but not necessarily to fast track blood clotting. What i learned sa bata pa ko kay ang udlot sa bayabas or mangga mao jud ang ginagamit sa mga tawo.

    Actually dugay naman ni gi promote sa atoang gobyerno to propagate kamunggay. During the 90's if we can recall it was Sec Juan Flavier, even had the idea of integrating moringga to fastfood products like jollibee, etc. etc..
