    Dako ni ug sweldo ang San Miguel Brewery oi, then nindot ug benefits. Dako jud kaayo ang advantage if naa kay backer sa company, and dili lang normal level employee backers, kung dili kanang mga supervisor and management level.

    Before pag 2007 ang ako nahibaw an nga probationary status hiring rate kay 22-23k para sa engineers, if contractual status mas lower pa, around 15-16k. Basin mas taas2x na ron ug hiring rate. Then dako pod ang yearly increase, 10-15% sa imo basic pay. Naa gani koy amiga, finance analyst to siya nag intake pag 2002 iya sweldo 9k, then 4 years later apil sa adjustment kay 19k dayon...

    Swerte lang if diretso ka e hire as Probationary employee, kay sometimes mo agi paka og contractual status 1-2 years, depende sa vacancy sa plantilla or Table of Organization.

    Sa side sa mga cadet engineers, before being employed as probationary status kay naapay revalida or Oral Examination / Defense, ang mga panelist nimo kay tanan Plant Directors sa pilipinas (Mandaue, Bacolod, Davao, Polo, San Fernando)... ang makapasar mao na ang Ultimate Survivor/s.

    If engineer imong applyan, mo matter jud if licensed ka, unlike sa uban companies nga pwede ra non board passer. Disadvantage lang with this company kay kusug kaayo ang nepotism.

    Sakto jud ka master. . Kung cadetship or management trainee ka, malmal jud ka. . hahayz. . so much pawis point presentation. . Mga panel na imo atubangon mga MMPs. . Ikaw pa jud isa ang revalidahon. . Mamatay ka sa kahadlok ug mag sweat jud ka bisan aircon pa ang conference room. . hehehe

    @ Ice_Guy: I think before mu hire ug IT. . Pero karon since centralized na ang IT. . Manila na ang IT namo. Mao na ang SMITS, bro. . Pero if lain work imo pasabot, apply lang ug dili IT related basin makasulod mo. .
