ECS’ Black series of motherboards changes color when it gets hot under the collar

Motherboards are the foundation of any good system, and like any piece of circuitry, they’re adversely affected by too much heat. Thermal sensors usually take care of that little issue, but it never hurts to get another, visual reference when your board is about to reach critical mass. Enter ECS’ Black Series of motherboards – the A990FXM-A for AMD fans and the P67H2-A for Intel lovers.

Both of these boards feature ECS’ QoolTech IV technology, which among other things has Thermochromic tech built-in that changes the color of one of the heatsinks to tell you if you’re pushing your board too far.

Nagka asinso na lgi ning ECS dah, very nice improvement when it comes to features and durability, anywayz I my self is an ECS user.

they have theyre own ways to be different and appeal to target consumers it may not be you. In a way it is also good for us to have several choices out there.. Im an ECS fan myself low to mid-end boards

nice feature.. but that would mean your case has to be open for you to see the color difference (assuming you use a case.)

ECS fan also here. Been using ECS motherboards for years, and now they are greatly improving.

atleast bro nai nausab kaysa normal color lng, n nag ka anam nmn sad na sila ug saka.. they cant compete other board but atleast they provide us an option, if for me mo palit kog board y would i choose katong mahal since maka provide nmn ang ecs board sa akong needs..
