So,
SKY CABLE has just launched this month their so called,
" DIGITAL CABLE" with the installation of the
DIGIBOX SYSTEM for an
additional payment of 300-400bucks which sucks...And it gets even worse! After the installation,it worked for 24hours and for the past 2days we don't have cable.
So, I tried calling their customer service and it took me 2 hours to finally talk to an agent after being forwarded to a freakin mailbox everytime the call doesn't push thru. She said there was an interruption with the line blah blah blah! and we ended our conversation with her sending a dispatch to my house,but till now nobody came over.
Never encountered such poor customer service as this. Everyone in our compound doesn't have cable. Where's the DIGITAL CABLE you are bragging about now

You introduced this thing and asked us to pay an extra 400bucks and all we get is this crap? Maybe its because there is no other cabletv provider in Minglanilla area that's why you are not worried to lose customers. But don't worry if there is or will be another option,I'll be the first one!
