My cousin asked me to look around and I have no idea where to start...

Lol, its hard to buy games for 360 in Cebu since there's not much pirated games for this console compare to PS2. If I were you, try ebay or if you live in US, you should buy here than there. Keep looking... But if you can play online, thats great as long as you have dsl or broadband. Goodluck!
