@salbahis provided the best answers on @TS query. First off, the blog is hosted on blogger. If you read Blogger's TOS, they will not remove the content nor remove/delete a blog even if it involves personal attacks or alleged defamation unless provided with a court order. At present, our country has no explicit legislation on cyber bullying or Internet libel. Even the first libel case (Belo v. Guevarra) in Facebook gets junked by the court as there is no such crime as Internet libel here in the Philippines.

@TS, I'm just curious how did you know about the blog? Do you personally know who owns it? I may never know a blog writes up bad at me if the blog itself has no or even less readers. If it has been shared to many people then you may start worrying.

get the whois of that domain.. makita ang name ana ni regsiter... whois.com

take a snapshot or screenshot with the date (mas better photo with newspaper) of it and contact him and say it if he does not take it down you will report him to the police..

now you got evidence basing on whois and the photo...

that is good enough evidence for the police to act on it.. if they won't hire a physical bullier....

they are everywhere =)

evidence for what? there is no case here, regular libel doesnt apply to cyber defamation since we dont have a law... as simple as that...

all you need to do is report it to the host.... and let the host decide wither they remove it or not... or talk to guy!!

sa real world, we got government officials og other figures of authority. sa virtual or online world, wa jud hawd dira. naa na tanan kaboang. so lisod kaayo na imong case.
