ow no probs with that, but dont you guys do ukemi? thats basic, i think you should, very useful specially in practical situations like mma or street fighting, cge if im there, ill share a bit about throws, falls and standing up in mma or street fighting situations, do you guys practice takedowns? usually when we roll here, we start from the stand-up then we go to shoot or takedowns or throws or sweeps, or pull-guard from the stand-up, or we do alternate positions where i start in you guard 5 times til submission, then we reverse position, then we do side control, then full mount, then back with hooks etc., alternate;y exchanging positions, and making sure you dont do same move, or dont get caught in same submission twice.
