WAMP or XAMPP, or IIS if gnhan ka mag manual setup
Apache, PHP and MySQL imo need(depending sa imong gamiton nga language, pero mao na ako ma recommend). Ma serve rani xa within the network if imo e butang sa imong browser ang ip sa nag serve..

    i prefer to use XAMPP.....

what you really want is an intranet...

Assuming your network is already working....
    1) Install a XAMPP if you are using a windows and run it as a service, but if you are one of those hardcore you can just install an Ubuntu and setup a LAMP a bit advanced but it will teach you the basic of web administration first hand...
    2) Configure your apache vhost file if you want to use virtual-domain (e.g myminisite.local) but if you wish to just use the IP address thats ok either way it works...
Read it here: Name-based Virtual Host Support - Apache HTTP Server

    3) Forwarding it to your server has two ways that i know off, is modifying your host file and port forwarding, i havent tried port forwarding thou so i can only recommend modifying you host file, in this way you need to modify all the host file on all computers that you want to connect to server using virtual domain.

host file are usually located in C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/host

normally this file is blocked so you better have admin access

or install XAMPP sa drive c sa inyong server. unya pagbuhat ug folder sa C:\xampp\htdocs ug ibutang imong files. just make sure nga nag.dagan ang apache ug mysql (kung gikinahanglan)

ma.access nimo imong site sa server pc thru http://localhost/yourfolder/
ug http://server-ip-address/yourfolder/ para sa intranet pc's
