i love their mushroom or osso bucco rissoto, their pizza the one with anchovies, and aglio olio pasta

Since 2008 almost every other week man mi magkan-an sa akong misis dri (Lahug, Ayala, Idea Italia, Marina Mall), wala gyud mi kasuway anang hugaw nga utensils. Na timingan lang tingali mo.

I know first impressions last but there's no such thing as a perfect restaurant. Even we have the experience the best and worst (nakalimtan ang order, di mao ang sauce, di mao ang pasta) diha sa La Tegola. Don't forget every now and then mag ilis pud na sila sa ilang mga waitress, kanang mga bag o for sure maka commit gyud nag rookie mistakes. Things like these di gyud malikayan but I'm sure tanan restaurant diri Cebu mo aspire gyud na sila sa saktu nga practices.

Like any other restaurant, mag usab2x sad na the way your food is prepared and cooked base sa nag luto. Among paborito diha nga tig luto si Dodong naa ma assign sa Idea Italia.

Ako ika suggest diha nga dish is:
1) Campagnola (baked pasta w/ italian sausage, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant)
2) Cartoccio (seafood pasta wrapped in a foil)
3) Arrosto De Manzo (Imported roast beef w/ gravy )

Off topic: Naka observe ko kasagaran Pinoy mo kaon og Italian restaurant, spaghetti gyud dayon pilion nga pasta, there are more than a dozen types of pasta out there. Try pud mo sa uban, you'll never know what you're missing.

Sakto bai mas limpyo pa usahay ang fastfood chains kaysa fine dining. mao ng wala jud perfect restaurant. naka trabaho ko ug fine dining malas lang jud mo kung matimingan mog tig hugas ug tig luto nga tapulan mo limpyo ug tarong sa utensils tungod kay mag dali2 sa orders. limpyo man tanawn sa gawas ang utensils pero wa mo kahibaw unsai gi trapo ana.ahaha. ug 1 thing ayaw mo pag sapot2 inig dali2 ninyo sa inyo order kay patay mo inig baws sa crew ninyo unsa ibutang ana inyong pagkaon.ahaha..
