    depende kung asa ka nga LOB sa comcast chat....lisud ang abton ang stats..then, survey after every chat, however, okay rah..dili ayu stress sa voice...if cof ka, pwede ra one window, but if sa cable or cdv/hsi support, i think at least 2 windows ka sa chat...pero, duh...naa man daghan script i-share para i-copy paste ra nimu..

    Lisud pd tawon COF miss uie, no offense sa ubang LOB hah kay I know ang ubang ga two windows man. Pero I mean bsag 1 window lang ang COF pero kaw nlng mag ugtas kay mu abot 1hour+ imu chat, then there's a lot of users waiting pajud. After every end of the chat, another user will enter. Lisud pajud ang order processing kung bag-o paka, kay d ka familiar sa mga codes nga ibutang, then sa mga work arounds sa mga errors pajud, pero there's always a tenured agent willing to help nuon, and there's a lot of FSs nga mu tabang nimu. Basta take note, not all kay gi tudlo sa trainings (CCT or PST). Pero kaya ra nuon kaayo. Sadja sa COF kay daghan agents.

    I've been profiled to man gud COF before, then after two months transferred to MEC, now I'm back again to COF. Last August 1 ko ga sugod take in chats for COF, lisud adjust for the new updates.. Pero it's okay, atleast ma sweto ta ani sa duha ka LOBs. See you on the floor.. magkita rta kung night shift mo..

    ^i wonder how many hours lang ka before mo-quit kung naa ka sa e-care.........the underpaid LOB.....
    mag-down gani comcast, 4 windows........a must.......if dili 4 windows, expect a "meeting" with your TL after your shift....

    COF.....is the second step from.........aynalang.....

    unsa man jud? hiring jud ang nonvoice either comcast or amazon o dili?
    Some referrers dha say yes but wen we get there, wala d i to, basta lang mka-refer cla...

    some say pud august pa daw...so to clarify things, i applied...tagged akong app on active status kay august pa daw jud mag-open ang nonvoice...kept following it up sa HR...karon, i called, september napud daw! OMG! It'll be my 4th month of waiting in vain if mulahutay jud ko until septmber...

    I agree on the line items mentioned above... Lisud sad baya even if 1 window kay ang nature baya sa amu work is processing orders and prone sa escalations which may result to termination. One thing ako lang jud masulti... Daghan man manaway sa chat support from the process and management pero at the end of the day and company fair man and on time muhatag sa pay plus never pud mi naka experience nga gipa VGH mi or on hold for even a day kay walay customer. Dili jud malikayan na usahay mureklamo ta pero okay ra na as long as naa ta job. Lisud baya mangita ug work karon receiving the same rate na gi offer sa chat support. Let's complain less and do our job well kay kung magsigi ta point out sa negative... kita ra sad madaut ana and unhealthy kaayo... Dili lang gud ta manaway sa uban company and dili ta magpataka ug yawyaw if dili ma grant ato request especially ma sacrifice ato conveniences... that's life... hehehehe... Im new here... just noticed na daghan diay interested sa ato LOB...
