    Olympic lifting program ni bossing goryo. Hahaha LG is lean gains diet.

    I had to cut it short because nag asthma ko. Balik ko starting strength, start ko less than 20% sa akong tanan lifts then build from there.

    nindot na imo da mura kag freak of nature lol. those poundages you're hoisting around are effing crazy. i don't think i'm that nimble to do that kinda lifting tho. i'm seriously thinking about doing 5/3/1. i guess you've heard of it. i need to bring up my strength kay murag plateau na since time immemorial. stay strong!

    Yes i've heard of it. Which version? Boring but big? Naa kay ebook master? Gusto unta kog training partner ba but wa jud ko ka kita hahaha

    i know of only one version. shoot me a pm if you like the ebook. training partner with the same goal like yours is hard to come by these days. most people are into BBing more than Oly or Pw lifting. kasagaran ako makit-an mag partner kanang permi force reps nya spot permi every time they train. sometimes it's laughable even doing crunches on the machine or mag peck deck kinahanglan pa spottan. lol
