if you belong to the upper 10% of your class(4th yr high), go to your school's scholarships office(college) and ask info about PESFA (Private Education Scholarship....)

remember this is only good for incoming first year..
and if you are that gifted also, check Metrobank, before naa nah sila scholarships..

Visit Provincial Capitol for some inquiries.
