dili tanan ana ang batasan. i've been a gun owner for about 3 years or so since I was into practical shooting. for the past 3 years, never nako gigawas ang armas kay naginit akong ulo and I have been into arguments, traffic altercations and what not, but never did it cross my mind to bring my gun out to threaten anyone.

why? my mentor once told me that even though i can shoot 3 people in at least 3 seconds, with 2 shots each. it will take forever for me to live with the consequences.

and i probably share this philosophy with thousands of practical shooters and responsible gun owners worldwide.

Permit to Transport indicate the origin and destination and a limited radius to where the firearm maybe brought. For example, from home to a PNP accredited gun club and 1 kilometer radius or from home to a FEU for ballistics.

I can answer that in a way maybe not to the full extent of the purpose and definition by Philippine law but in general . I have a CCW permit to where I am located and YES I can carry my firearm WHENEVER I want to but not WHEREVER I am though . Restricted places for CCW are CASINOS , BANKS , FEDERAL BUILDINGS and some part of the towns and again that only applies to where I am currently at . Cebu in specific , naay similarities cguro .

A Big NO. If you follow the rules and regulations stipulated in your PTC then as if you do not have PTC because you cannot carry it almost anywhere, as stated herein:
    3. The firearm shall not be brought inside public drinking and amusement places and and all other commercial or public establishments.

Almost all places are either PUBLIC or COMMERCIAL establishments.. That means malls, supermarkets, paid parking lots, parks.... I know for a fact that swerte swerte rani.. There are 2 kinds of pulis when it comes to the PTC, one are those cops who takes this rule seriously/literally and sadly they are usually the HULIDAP-kotong cops, (malas jud ka) and the other are those who are ignorant/just dont care cops or the cops who ask you for your license and if they saw you have one, then they just let you go because they think you have PTC then you can carry irregardless of where you are or even if your PTC is genuine. Its the Philippines and as expected the law is too vague, a joke, and merely a suggestion. So you are at the mercy of those cops who become instant judges on the streets. Mao na if you have PTC, always conceal it and do not tell anyone, ayaw ipang hambug kay lisod na.

Thats why I carry my MR'd firearm(government issued) that has an MO most of the time than the firearm with PTC, although I can easily wiggle myself out if I violate some rules in the PTC pero hasol na. Anyway, Calderon is now calling for a cherished Gun Amnesty(additional funds for the PNP) before the expected Gun Ban in January... So if you have rifles, subs, (firearms na lisud kuhaan ug license on any other day)and unlicensed handguns.... This is the time.

Well that kind of attitude is a bullshit one, those kind of people your reffering is the kind of people who brags that they have guns and boast that they can hit target but the truth is they cant hit the mark, they think they know already because they own a gun well for me they should think again it they really know their gun well.
