The thing about SM that you'd be surprised about, at this day and age, is that it's the one place where you'll still find manned elevators. I mean, there's a person paid specifically to press buttons on the elevator. And she always carries a log book to make notes...and it has nothing to do with recording time-in/time-out of SM employees. I thought these things belong to the 70s.

It's almost like an insult to SM shoppers, wouldn't you think? It's like these people don't have a clue how to operate these damn elevators.
