say what if i wanna invert/reverse my crossfader or they call it the (hamster style)? how to do it?
and pa.explain ko nimo bai how to use click and learn. & wa koy background in programming.

The crossfader hamster style is already pre-setted in the VDJ. See below screenshots for your reference:



All you have to do...set your controller crossfader to this specific action (crossfader_hamster). Sorry i don't have my DJ controller here in the office so I cannot tell what specific KEY in your controller is the crossfader. But i believe it was labeled as it is in VDJ. So find it for yourself.

Then test it...if is working as what you expected.

My little advise who are into this passion - Digital DJing. Make yourself familiar the total functionalities of your DJ software. You will discover a alot on how to improve your PC performance and your music creativity as well. Mr. Google is always there to help you in technical aspect. And I'm here also willing to help you - taman lng sa ako makaya hehehe

Me, i spent 1 month to disect my DJ softwares (both VDJ and Traktor) before i started practising the actual mixing routine.

wa ni.effect ang crossfader_hamster bro. and im not sure if im doin it right.
what i did was KEY: crossfader, then edit ACTION: crossfader_hamster. then pressed ok.
then akong g.play ang deck, wa siya ni.effect. nothing at all. =/
mao man gud ta' ni akong sundon nga function. pls check this vid. tan-awa iyang xfader d bah inverted.

Yeah it was popularized by DJ QBert the hamster style, take note naay Filipino blood na sya hehehe

Anyway, i'll check at home and let you know if it will work on my set-up.

Bro, crossfader_hamster will not work in simple mapping variables. I don't know what is the exact VDJ script for that, however please try this mapping variables to work your crossfader in reversed mode:

param_invert & crossfader

Just type the exact variables mentioned above in "Action" field of your Virtual DJ mapping options. It works perfect on my set-up.
