It's difficult when it's a hardware failure, you have to wait for the datacenter guys to fix the problem.. It's even harder for a self-managed server doing all the system administration.. Keeping a 100% uptime is impossible, having it for 99% is very good. Let's just bear with them, 1% failure is nothing compared to the service they've given us, and yeah, that's FREE.
