How to get sharp shots with a 50mm 1.8D

there is still some blurring around the corners. Guys, can this photo still get any sharper with a 50mm?

if there's no defect w/ ur 50mm i agree sometimes vary jud na sa mata sa mo-focus, i got a 100mm 2.8 prime full manual, but i tried using this on a moving subject makataghap ra sad jud ug sharp. try daw ilisi imong lens then focus your subject manually.
hope im not o.t. but based on some comments in this topic nga mag depende jud sa mata or sa mo-focus. u can check the link below w/c im using full manual..
