i believe that FB is a best tool to monitor us (the users)...and that includes your location, things in your mind, what you do and blah blah blah....have you heard about RFID guys?...it's a small chip that sends signal about your location....kadtong sa LTO was one of it...luckily, napalpak...but surely, if you're carrying an e-passport, then you're having it now...so means they know where you are right now...

First things first, RFID has limitted range... we have a thesis project like this way back at our electronic thesis at college we call RF Proximity Detector, kanang ID nga mo able sa door if you are in range, it uses the same principle as RFID if you want it to have an extended range kinahanglan kusog iya power source, those RFID sa LTO are small chip... it can only detect within 100+ feet thats why ang gibuhat sa manila nag install silag daghan nga Transceiver...

FB is optin not required, privacy is one issue on FB but you have to put into context that the site is PUBLIC... the problem is when people who uses FB became stupid monkey on the keyboard...

think of this... any website can only tracked IP address... IP Address of your ISP (Public), that can be masked... if they really want to pinpoint your exact location... then they have to get the MAC Address of you computer... and it cant be done with PHP, in JS its blocked or not possible (ive tried it)...

the hackers are a bunch of pale skinned people who dwells on the farthest corners of the room. they dont have social interactions asides from the www. seing facebook pictures in beaches just made them envy... there are also counter hackers who are paid to defend facebook.

why facebook?

You can't delete your facebook account. You can only disable it. Once you sign up, it's there forever. That's what I hate about Facebook. Even if I disable my account, they still have access to my pictures/personal data... unless I erase everything manually. Not to mention the annoying game requests.

The only way to kill Facebook is to stop using it. Like what we did to Friendster.
