Hi guys, Just an FYI You can not use BDO ATM/ Debit Card Visa/ mastercard to get verified with paypal. tried both and it does not work. I also inquired with BDO and got this reply from them;

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Please be advised that BDO has no direct partnership with Paypal and thus,
our ATM Debit card is not accepted in any of their online services.

Please also note that our ATM Debit card cannot be used in any form of
online transactions. Its service function is limited to ATM machine related
transactions and Point of Sale (POS) transaction by physically swiping the
ATM card to merchants POS terminals.

you can bro. mao na akong gamit..
its easy if you have internet banking kay mu gawas na sa imong online statement.. otherwise.. go to any bdo bank and they will give you the 4 digit code sa transaction sa paypal..

you can collect money from paypal but in the philippines, you cannot get money from your bank account to fund your paypal.. it must be a credit card...

Then finally niadto jud ko sa ParkMall branch and the manager told me nga dili sila pwede sa PayPal.

So mao to, I heard nga ang EON ra sa UnionBank maoy pwede sa PayPal, mao nga karon ok na akong PayPal using EON.

There' just no official partnership between bdo n paypal pero note that you an link almost any bank account to ur paypal...

Just sign up and input thr necessary details sa imo bank account sa paypal then mu charge na sila mga 1usd or less sa imo bank account.. If u have internet banking, check for the paypal charge naay 4digit number sa charge.. Ang reference number i mean.. Then mao nani enter na code sa paypal.. Ma verified dayun ka ana...
Otherwise, go to any bdo branch and have the accounts lady look up the 1usd charge sa paypal nya pangayua ang 4 digit reference code pag charge...

That's how i did mine.. My paypal is also associated w/ my bpi n other bank which i dnt use anymore.. Export bank..

BUT NOTE
You cannot get money to fund your paypal acct just to widraw money..

EON Card from UnionBank ang official nga ma-link sa Paypal. Mao ni kasagaran gamit sa mga mag online freelancing like me. Hehehehe Kuha nalng bro, P350 ra man bayad.

IMO ang naka bati lang sa eon kay mag bayad ka yearly ug 350... i know minus ra.. but I can do it for free direct to my bank account and use my atm as a debit card

also, FYI if you sign up for EON card online.. inig ka ugma makuha dayun nimo imong card sa insular bdo, fuente, ug katong usa pa nalimot ko..

so if you do plan to get EON from unionbank, just sign up online and make sure you have 2 valid IDs.. issued by the govt ha..

get MY WALLET of RCBC. it works on paypal, great for online jobs, purchases etc. got one for my self since march 2012!
