based on the body color, patterns and the stripe at the back of the head, it's a wolf snake (lycodon capucinus)...a baby. but 2-inches that's way too short even for a baby snake. basin 12 inches imo pasabot.

i'll try ugma post ug another pics bro sure ko 2 inches ra ni siya kapin or 3 inches ba kaha. kay 12 inches is 1 ruler na so taas ra kaayo. kaning ako gibutangan sa iya kay plastic ni siya about 5-6 inches long. sa sunuganan ug basura ni nako siya nakit-an dapit sa amo boarding house.

basing sa picture, guesstimate nako is 7 inches iya total body length...

yep thats a wolf snake alright. although blurred ang pic its scale pattern is undeniable. its non venomous though but it will attack when provoked or barred escape. its not rare but its seldom seen coz its nocturnal. an adult of this can be sold at about 3.5k to 5k range man siguro. it's a good find. thumbs up to gilbz for the quick identify. nice one bro
