    I'm one of those dudes with jacked up metabolism. Two weeks ago I started a bulking program, I'm eating 2x the food I normally eat. But I'm also lifting very heavy weights at the gym so most of my gains are muscle. You can't avoid getting a little fat when bulking and going for mass, but you can minimize them so you can easily burn them off once you start the cutting cycle.

    For example, I used to have a six-pack but now after just a few weeks bulking, I no longer have a six-pack but I'm noticeably larger than before so I think it's worth it. If your goal is to gain mass, you should accept the fact that you will put on some fat too as it's part of the program.

    45 lbs ra jud ka brod? Are you sure you don't mean kg? That's less than 1/4 my weight and I'm 5'9"... What's your height/age?

    45 kls cguro iya pasabot..gamaya anang 45lbs unya 5'2 ang height..kung 45 kls ka brad unya 5'2 imong height dili kayo na tantong niwang ana. ako sad brad mao sad ni ako problema' 5'5 akong height unya 45kls ra ko..niwang jud ko' but kabalo ko sa reason why di jud ko manambok.maglisod ko og change sa akong lyfstyle..kung gusto ka manambok bro bag-uha jud imong daily routine'. bisan unsaon pa na nimo og take og mga supplements unya kaon pa ka og maayo, mag gym pa ka useless gihapon na.. kung ga cge ka og puyat, bisyoso ka.walay self discipline ba.. dili jud ka manambok..

    you have to double the food you eat.
    even thought dugay gyud mo effect...
    i myself is also thin...

    eat healthy food , vegetables and fruits regularly on time, sleep 8hrs a day, exercise, (toning)drink a lot of water.DRINK MILK.. Enjoy life be positive all the time..
