respect the lawyer if he's defending u, respect the doctor if he's treating u. If they're not doing anything to you dont respect them at all. Respect is earn not given. hehehhehehehe

whether you're a doctor, a lawyer or a jeepney driver, everyone ought to be respected, tis not the profession, its the person per se... Respect is something earned, not asked...

but if you ask, between the 2 profession, which one I'd give a high 5 to, i'd choose a doctor... why? because when they do operation, it's right there and then, no more time for reviewing etc, although its something they've studied for almost 10 yrs, its on the spot, whereas a lawyer could always review a case before the hearing..

Respect comes from good character and not from profession. Thus, regardless of being a doctor, lawyer or whatever profession, it won't matter. It boils down to personality.

abilidad ug sakto nga desisyon kanunay ang mohatag nimo sa respeto nga imong gipangita.
