Kani sir.
Customer called in because the service was not activated and he claims he paid for the service already. Pulled-up the serial number under a special demo. I review that serial number which has not been active before and its regarded by the system as 'fresh activation' I went to asked him what his the creditcard being charge for the service. The caller declined to give info said he paid it already.
Then a few days later I receive a stupid feedback from so-called QA he marked down that we should only ask for the "last for digits of the card on file" even though its a BUNDLED account. Meaning no card on file. I asked that to verify if indeed there was a payment made. Esp. if he has a previous account.
I even place notes that the supervisor suspects his payments was posted in the canadian account. Go figure? Na-markdown kai nag probing? Some are too lazy they don't even pull-up the account anymore. Just the call.
he has been escalated before pero just recently ra gyud gilihok but cge rako padungog amu shift manager ana ky cya gyuy 1 reason nga mubiya nako. salamat!
panagsa ra gud ang mkapasar namo sa among scorecard ky pirmi man hagbong among internal scores nya. lami kaau cya. pnaka wai ayo xa sa akong mga nasuggatan na QA..

Unsa kahay sense anang in-ana noh?... Nya QA rah diay?... Mahug gibinuangan raka ana diay?... Kung ako man ngali ang naa sa side nimo kay murag maglagot gyud ngali ko oiz kay labaw nah if kaboangan gyud kah ug maayo... Salamat kay wala ko nag padala anang in-ana nga work...hahahahaha...
