i think it's not right for HR people to say this. i mean, HR sila and they should act as one. they should respect unta the intentions sa mga applicants. if dili sila gnahan ug nursing, then why not ibutang sa ila ad "...EXCEPT nursing students/graduates.." para both parties won't be wasting time. just my opinion. people shud be kinder unta.
