One tip para CHOY kaayo ka...

Either... Maligo ka Evaporated Milk... Ipahid lang sa whole body then leave it overnight... Don't worry... Mauga na xa few minutes after nimu magpahid and di ka lamigason kay EVAP na... NOT CONDENSED...

OR...

cut a cucumber daun isawsaw sa lemosito.. Then ipahid sa imu nawng... masninddot kung WHOLE BODY... Then Rinse it after 30mins...

After 3 DAYS... Makita na imong kaGWAPO... Mawala ang mga BUGAS and BLEMISHES and DEAD SKIN CELLS...

Am doing this... Wala ko bugas... Superhamis imu kutis bisag Moreno ka... Glowing na moreno... Daghan makalingi nimu ani...
