naa lagi newbie.. loyal fan ni tallo? hehe ga himo account para mo post sa tallo thread ra jud.. hahahah kuyawa oie..
Like father like son... lisud jud basta attitude na ang reason.. they want instant stardom...too bad naa pa mas talented ni macmac..(parks,ravena)bigger and much polished
AWOL diay xa??tsk tsk tsk....sign of ATTITUDE PROBLEM.
kung pg lng mas daghan ang ni ckat sa dlsu..sakto jud ang mga tallos kay daghan maau nga guard ni ckat sa dlsu sa pba
I asked my friends from DLSU. One is still in touch with the program because he used to be a big (financial) supporter until the Benitez scandal. He was told since LA did not get to play last year (and the year before kuno?) LA will have two more years of eligibility after this year. He mentioned basin 3 pa gani, as long as LA falls in the not more than 7 years out of HS UAAP requirement.
I'm not sure because gi-text ra man sa ako and I don't know kinsa si pangutana niya kung DLSU team official ba or basin random school supporter.
DLSU has gone 2 small guard line-up several times with success in the past decade (Casio at off guard comes to mind) so it still augers well for MacMac na makaduwa siya. Hopefully he continues the weight training regimen given to him by the conditioning coach of ADMU. He does look more muscular in the pics of him in a DLSU shirt.
As a side note. There were long stretches in the ADMU game yesterday na si Long ug Ravena ang backcourt. Mag-ilisanay sila to initiate the play. Not smooth at all. Daghan turnover. Seems like Ravena's passing skills are mostly drop-off type. Wa siya PG mentality in setting the table. Mulisud ADMU next year at the PG position kung si Tiongson ug Cipriano ra ang naa experience by then.
^^^AFAIK, 5 years college level ang regular eligibility. Si Revilla being on his 3rd year of school this year, pwede pa jud siya 2 years, and if you include kato imo ingon nga wala siya kaduwa, then he could still be eligible for another year, so 3 years. But if he plays that well, do you think he will maximize his eligibility or try his wares in the PBA? I would tend to believe he would go for the PBA after next year.
I think Admu is weaker at the PG spot after this year. Macmac is better than the remaining PG next year, IMO.
5 years of playing eligibility. Meaning 5 years on the official varsity=Team A.
LA was not officially on the team last year (and the other year kuno?) so that does not count against his "eligibility" years. This is only either his 2nd or 3rd year on Team A even though it is his 3rd or 4th year in DLSU.
That is why there is a "7 years out of HS" rule as well para dili maabuso, basin mag training team/team B ug 3-4 years to develop a recruit or wait kay kusug ang Team A, then muduaw gihapon ug 5 years after that.
Cholo Villanueva from DLSU is the "most famous" player for taking advantage of this rule. 5 years on Team A and 7 years in college. Most players graduate or turn pro by their 5th-6th year in college. Pero basin kaduha siya ni degree/graduate sa DLSU, 4 years pa ang 2nd course kay trimester ra man ang La Salle.
Re: MacMac skills. I agree whole-heartedly . The continued development of Macmac under the system of Coach Norman, 1 more year of physical development, another trip to the training camp in the US would have put him at least equal to Tiongson. He already "sees the court better".
But then again like it has been mentioned I just keep speculating. I do hope people who post against me stop doing the "Euro step" and ask the Tallos the questions soon and get back to me here. My IQ is getting lower by the day
bobo2 .acording to the source macmac scored 16 points 8 ass against jru atleast good start unya bangkoon lang black.

SIDEStep1,
Welcome back.
First, I never said Macmac was not good. I keep harping that the kid is talented. Maybe you want me to put links to all the posts where I mentioned that?
Second, That is a "training team" game. I'm sure MacMac can probably get close or even better numbers against most Team Bs of UAAP schools. There are others who have proven that, look at Carlo Lastimosa of CSB. He left Ateneo because wala playing time/di kasaka sa Team A. He is now flourishing in the run and gun system of CSB. I don't speak for everyone but AFAIK noone has a bad thing to say about Carlo. The only difference is Carlo "nananghid" ug nangunsulta mang gud.
Third, nice "side step" again. I guess everyone will have to continue to speculate.
I appreciate the updates on MacMac's numbers, in that playing environment I know his talent will shine. If you have seen Team B games. It is mostly run and gun. I think "run and gun" is MacMac's forte. Gubot sa CIT...dagan sa pikas. Di siya ka "keep the status" sa Ateneo....run nasad sa La Salle
I would've wanted updates on the questions I asked hopefully you can finally ask your "source" or basin parehas mo ni Mr. Tallo. Siya wa mo-"istorya" kay Coach Norman or Mr. Jack Huang. Ikaw naulaw mangutana sa imong source? Murag sige man mug istorya.
Like I said please hurry, masamut lang ko ma bobo ani.
edit for ispelling.
