you have to treat it with utmost attention and care.
this early buy amitraz and treat your dog with it.
give her skin and coat supplement and lots of vit c & zinc
to boost her immune system... most often that not,
hotspots graduate into mange if not dealt properly...
and treating mange is very very difficult endeavor, esp. pom ng imo.
