Help po, advice for PSU, GPU pati na cooler

Hello po,

First of all, kakasali ko lang dito sa forum na ito. Hindi po ako techie at I've tried reading reviews and information about GPU, PSU and cooler pero I'm getting information overload. Halos hindi ko po naiintindihan ung mga terms. Ayaw ko naman iasa sa mga vendors kasi I know what they have are just "flowery words".

Eto po ung system specs ko:

Monitor: ViewSonic 21" 1440 x 900 native resolution
Motherboard: P5GC-MX/1333
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 3448MB RAM Apacer UNB pc2-5300 CL5 2x2GB
HD: Samsung HD250HJ
DVD/CD RAM-writer: Sony optiarc dvd rw ad-7200s

Ang ginagamit ko ngaun ay onboard n GPU, kasi kakasira lang ng 8500GT ko. I'm planning to buy either one of these:
HD: 5770/6770, 5850/6850, 5670, 5570
GF: GTX550Ti, GTX460 1GB, GTS450, GT440

Plano ko ring ipa OC sa technician ang CPU ko. Need ko ba nang bagong cooler? Or pwede na ung cooler na ksabay or nka bundle dun sa CPU ko?

Actually nasa mga Php10,000 - 15,000 ung budget ko, Pero as much as possible gusto kong magtipid. So iniisip ko pwde bang 5570/5670/GT440 nalang ung bilhin ko at wala nang iba, di na rin ako mag OC ng CPU. Pero 1 quick question. Kaya ba ng PSU ung System spec ko? Zeno is a generic PSU. highly suggested to replace that first. FSP is a cheap but good brand based on users' feedbacks and recommendation (never really had the chance try it )

The high-end FSP models are good. Im not confident with the entry-level models though. Most feedbacks are from low-end users who cant even compare it to any other psu. If i were you, i'd get the AcBel. Not too popular, (meaning overrated) because its european but is reliable. If you could afford a corsair, then much better. Intex, accross, imaster are No-Nos.

For the gpu, it would be great to recommend the 5850 though i think it's a little overkill for your resolution and your processor. If you plan to upgrade monitors and processor in the future, then definitely thats the GPU you should get. Also, you'll have to be forced to get a true-rated psu for it. If not, a 5670/6670 suits you best. You could even do with your current generic psu for the meantime. Just dont overclock.

Advise lang, upgrade ka ng 64bit. Sayang yung 0.5gb na memory na walang gamit.

Edit: Crop from jonnyguru. So much for the much talked-about FSP supersonic.

Litepower 500w is the FSP Blue Storm II design.

SuperSonic's are -60APN builds, which is a low end build from FSP with lots of cost cutting.

@eXpLoDe: mas nakita ako shop na mas mura yung 6770 kaysa sa 5770. In terms of performance, halos tulad lang daw according sa review, kaya dun nalang ako sa mas mura.

@keropi: uu, nabasa ko rin ito na review, kaya nga I'm hesitant to buy Supersonic. FSP Hexa pa pwde, kaya lang walang stock eh. Yeah, tingin ko pag yung mga items ay di pwde ma order-basis sa kanila, I'll just have to settle for 5670, since ito ung available e.

@jeniverre: salamat sa imung suggestion. Ana lagi sila mas ayus daw ang 212+, pero wala may stock so TX3 nalang, thanks!

@Lingaw-lingaw_sa_payag: yeah FSP is a good brand, but not all models are good though
