yes that was me abuot, well i met michael of new breed yesterday, we rolled a bit, except for me suffering from hypoglycemia again, i havent been doing cardio for the last 3 weeks, was busy preparing the cdo fighters, thats why my cardio suffered in the fight with the american, but im back to training now, have training sessiosn with a new jersey guy gona be boxing, kickboxing, shoot boxing type training, been training with a lot of guys with foreign training lately, my judo buddy is a 3rd dan from holland, my bjj buds are from japan and the us, both rated higher that black, yes ive lots of good training partners here, but would you believe a year ago ive nobody to train with, but alls good now, specially that my trianing partners are all bigger than me, its really nice to roll/spar with bigger guys, it practices your instinct, i wouldnt be surprise if some 6'5" is accross me in the ring, because ivce trained with guys that big, but that american was really strong, he said he did wrestling and some mma in the states, but i had to rely on my bjj to win over, afterall it was not a judo match, hehehe, well til next there bro, ill be there on the 3rd or 4th week, see you soon.

bros:

and 5-7 during wkdays?
kung pwede lang=)
on my trip to mla, i picked up just 2 new moves. m surprised na technical skills wise they are not far from us as we imagined. manila guys know very little more than what we already know and practice. the only difference is conditioning. good news db. even if we are not training to compete as they are, at least we know where we stand.
dili diay ta angay maulaw nga wa tay formal training parehas nila taga manila.
good to hear dat.
