MOVIE MISTAKES
There are a lot of blunders from different movies. Please site those you know of. May it be factual anomalies, continuity errors or plot holes. Everybody is invited to keep a keen eye the next time you watch a movie.
Here are examples:
The Da Vinci Code (Factual)
In the Louvre Museum in France, the large glass pyramid consists of 673 glass squares and not 666 as the movie suggested.
Tristan and Isolde (Factual)
The tale of Tristan and Isolde was one of the most influential romances in the medieval period. It predated and influenced the Arthurian romance of Lancelot and Guinevere in King Arthur's court. The real Tristan may have been the Pictish prince, named Drust, the son of Talorc. Drust was believed to have lived in Scotland, in c. 780. Here, the story of Morholt, originated, with Drust saving a princess from pirates. The time period of the movie will be around that same period as the historic Drust have lived. However, in the movie, Isolde(played by Sophia Myles) was reciting a poem writen by John Donne entitled "The Good-Morrow". The poem is a 17th-century literary work which is centuries later than the movie's time period.
