Default Change in Appointing a Judicial System Head

Don't you know why our judicial system sucks with regards sa pag gukod sa mga government officials nga corrupt? Kay ang judicial head is appointed by the president and therefore is in debt to the one appointing him to the position. In other words, ang iyang gukdon kay only those corrupt officials nit under the current administration. This was done in the past administrations which is also what pnoy did. We Filipinos have this mentality of "utang na loob". That is why dili jud malimpyo ang gobyerno.

Wouldn't it be better that the judiciL head be voted to the position BY THE FILIPINO PEOPLE and nit just by one person who, sorry for saying this, has an ulterior motive. And besides, we are in a form of government 'of the people, for the people, and by the people'.

being voted by the people has some problem; that is MEDIA can control the result as what happen to PNoy's election to presidency. Serving as a justice in supreme court needs experience, lisud ni kay based sa last years election popularity always win compare to experienced. Immature pa ang mga pinoy.

the "utang na loob" aspects of the justices in SUpreme court are just rumors, plain accusations and cannot be proven. Puro lang hakahaka always started by those disappointed people(from the couts decisions) and once again by the MEDIA. People accusing the justices of being indebt to somebody could not EVEN present evidences, and immature people will always believe them.

If we think of it in a mature way, there is always 2 sides of every case and SUPREME court cannot satisfy both parties, naay modaog naay mopildi, and given jd na na ang mapildi moreklamo na gitikasan, corrupt ang justices, etc. mogawas ang pagka immature.

I Do think that the (current) Supremen court judges are doing thier job well, that is not to be influenced by anybody in making decisions..

I dont know about you, but making decision is hard (try being a team leader, a manager , a boss).
It is not easy making decisions based on hakahaka, chissmis without data, facts and evidences.

It is not easy to accuse somebody WITHOUT an evidence, that is solid evidence BEYOND reasonable doubt. Mao na dli lang ka maka ingn na "Oi dapat mapreso si GMA kay ingn si kuan corrupt daw na" instead, they should look for solid evidences dli lang bunganga ang gipadagan to gain sympathy (which is what is happening now).

not all decisions made by the highest court were popular!
that is the definiton 'popular decisions' are being handled and manipulated by the media.
