I use deepfreeze for 3 yrs sa i-café and decided to try Shadow defender.

Deepfreeze
Pros: Invunerable (dependi sa version cause version 6 pa ubos naay unfreezer)

Cons: No exclusion of files and folders (You have to install an app. Called Data Igloo that can exclude
Files and folders but you cannot exclude files or folders within
C:/Program files) Maoy naka bati.

More maintenance (frequently disabling DF to update Anti-virus and Online games) hasol kaayo!

More bandwidth consumption than normal, AV and online games always updating every time
Computer starts, you can disable AV auto update but you’ll have higher risk of getting infected,
Especially if you have a Thawed space or drive. (bandwidth consumption depends on no. of units And no. of days AV has been updated)

Shadow Defender
Pros: Flexible (Can be used on personal computers)

Has exclusion of files and folders (even files and folders within C:/program files)

No more maintenance (online games and AV are automatically updated even in shadow mode
No need to disable SD to update) perfect for I-café

Cons: (Since use nako sa Shadow Defender wala pako ka encounter ug problem, I’m using SD almost 3 months. Update lang nya ko dire if naa ko problem sa SD. Hehehehe)

if e partition d.i ang system (like c mao e freeze
then d: ang mga online games, AV...
then restrict na dli ma open ang drive
and no right click so dli niya ma kita ang source file
so no need na mag unfreeze pra lng mag update!

even if i.partition nimo..then sa pikas drive nimo i.install ang antivirus...dili japon siya ma.update kay ang files sa av like app data naa located sa drive c...so ang tendency, ig restart, erase japon ang updates sa antivirus...unlike sa shadow defender..

dili kuti bro if install block, since ang mga clients like muduwa ug dota, kinahanglan baya siya ug hotkey, moblock siya automatic, then kinahanglan napud e.allow sa ngbantay? sakto ba?

so far, wala koy problem sa shadow defender... been using for almost 5 months.. updated pa permi akong antivirus kay naka exclude man siya...unlike deepfreeze whole drive ang e.freeze..

pabor kaayo ko....ini nga SD...I second the motion....
