    yes, it is already part of our culture. it's an unfair strategy to make oneself free from being indicted. unfair extra judicial strategy. unacceptable though, but it is what is it. it's a fight for survival. after all, this is all a game of life.

    all i can say is .. bad blood between NPA and the military... either ambush, kidnap-slay, bombing etc.. this will never end.
