I don't really know but if you do the math, I think 1B is fair enough for 10 years. Not really sure but according to my own calculation, it is just about Php 800.00 per hour per casino. Not to mention the expenses routed to the cups disposed, equipment used, manpower and transportation.

I maybe wrong with my assumptions above so please correct me if I am indeed wrong
