    i think someone should file a case against the father other than the police, kay wa gyud na padunggan. i doubt the mother or any other relatives would file a case against him.

    the father should be in jail...case is Reckless Imprudence resulting in Homicide...

    the police should be kicked out from the service due to Ignorance of the law...

Idol sa kusina can shoot his pepper "ping ping ping" faster than you do even if you are loaded. Not to mention a knife welding thief can stab you 36 times even before you could reach your fully loaded gun.

    Being responsible gun owner You should teach all household members never to touch any of your firearms including Children. I have four kids and they only got to touch and handle my firearms with my consent and supervision. It is your responsibility to share to all persons around you the FOUR Basic Rules of Gun Safety to keep you and them from harms way.
