ngi, kalami sa new york fries ah, ayw i compare sa jolibee or sa mcdo oi, padagko ay lng, mas dagko ang new york fries
Dont be fooled also by some resto's who serves fries ie McDo or Jollibee , you dont know ilang fries gi lutuan pod ug isda or uns apa na other fried food , worst is ang oil is about 2 weeks old wala pa ilisi LOLZ .

When it comes to french fries nobody beats the french fries of KFC.. Layo ra kaayo ang french fries sa Jollibee og McDo.. I don't think ang KFC french fries has starch.. Lahi man gud ila french fries compare to Jollibee and McDO..
if you soak the fries before you cook it or freeze it medyo mo stiff na siya igka luto. i've tried it before, pero kinahanglan deep fry ha nakalimot lang ko pila ka degrees sad to ang temp sa oil uy.Originally Posted by jay_sn0w

hmm... home cooked fries and fastfood cooked ones are different due to many factors like they use a temperature controlled fryer.. atoa kalaha ra. we use vegetable oil... sila i dunno what kind of oil..could be vegetable oil or lard... naa to complain sauna sa muslim country na mcdo that the oil they used to fry their frenchies contained pork derivaties.
and besides, processed naman ila potatoes before they cooked it..possible half-cooked, freeze dried or etc while the one you suggested was we use fresh potatoes to make our fries. possible sa mcdo imported pana ila fries or maybe locally sourced but of a certain variety of potato that makes for good frenchies.![]()
anybody thought of the idea that the breed of potatoes used in fastfood is different from our local potatoes?![]()
hybrid potatoes?![]()
