goretex implant is used mainly for revision rhinoplasty or kanang USbon ang ilong kay naay Defect sa trabaho...because goretex is softer and more pliable or mas saun imanipulate mas gamiton sya sa mga revision nga kinahanglang jud i augment ang dorsum especially if baga ang skin sa patient....ANG disadvantage sa Goretex kay di sya kasupport og maau kay soft ra kaau siya therefore di kaayo siya ka "take shape"

ang hard silicon implant mao na ang taas tan awon kay gahi man siya pero muhatag gyud siya og shape sa ilong....

AND the biggest fallacy....The TYPE of material used does not determine the shape of your nose, it's how YOUR IMPLANT Was SHAPED by the doctor...mura mana nilag lihaan or gamitan og cutter ang material aron mashape sa ilong nga bagay sa pasyente...BEFORE i-insert sa ilong... AND parehas ra nang duha....ang silicon og goretex parehas ra nga SYNTHETIC...meaning PLASTIC, ginama sa tawo hahahaha

and my opinion with DR. DE LEON is.....okay lang siya...no one exceptional .... kay gikan ko niya sa ako first rhinoplasty ... paspas ang operation murag 10 minutes ra jud kay si De Leon dili kaau siya mutrabaho og ALARPLASTY...murag mahadlok siya mu trim sa kilid sa ILONG kay murag di kaau na niya field of expertise and supposed to be a GOOD rhinoplasty doctor knows how to make the nose beautiful...whether kinahanglan og trim or dili DI BA

With Dr. De Leon, as far as I know and as far as his and his patient’s is concern… he doesn’t want to put his patient’s condition into a condition which could no longer be “restored or undone” unless it is necessary… Meaning, he will make sure that it is very necessary… if there is a reasonable doubt of doing it (such as alarplasty), he’d rather do it one at a time for goodness sake…. But when it is clearly needed, he’d always recommend it… Consider those who already have their nose done with mishaps particularly with alarplasty (there are celebrities there), look at them now, they no longer have the chance of undoing the wrong doing of their doctors… Would you like to be sorry like them?
One thing Dr. De Leon always assure to his patients is “he will explain to you why he will not do it… but if you insist, he’ll abide with precautions” It is not that it isn’t his expertise. Dr. De Leon has been into continuous practice for over 30 years, certainly good enough to be an expert…

Dr. Kamol ang pangan....ang I can really say nindot jud mutrabaho ang mga doctor sa Bangkok den barato pa jud...so if naa jud mo money adto mu pabuhat sa tanan...barato ra apil ang liposuction.....hehehehhe

It is true that, Cosmetic Surgery in Thailand is a lot cheaper… BUT it is also TRUE that if you are a foreigner to that country, THERE IS NO ASSURANCE OF SAFETY! The risk is higher… Who’s license would you want to tear down if something goes wrong How capable you are of flying back and forth to Thailand when it is needed? FYI, re-enhancement (specially with Rhinoplasty) will always yield a better look than its first due to some factors which give more opportunity on the next surgery hence it is already considered a corrective measure from the previous surgery… So, it is very normal to see/hear some patients who appreciated more of their 2nd enhancement than the first… Some even go for re-enhancement up to 5th time until they get their very desire… and it’s understandable…


IMPORTANT: TO ALL READERS: It is however fun and informative to listen to our neighbors, join the chit-chats and discuss with our peers and those who have tried it… But consider the fact also that these people may not have the real knowledge about the subject, some opinions could be just exaggerated or understated partial stories taken from a sole experience… It is always safe to give more considerations on the opinions from the experts (PROFESSIONALS)… Always seek your first, second, third and further opinions from an expert… always hold your aces in your hand and make sure in the end you still have it…

Dr. Zubiri - the best of cebu years ago... but now the problem is he is already a little older and he is about to retire... I've heard na he now transfer his ability to his follower... Take note, skills cannot be easily transferred...

Dr. Amores - (somewhere in Lapu-lapu) is is very expensive and very commercialized mostly non negotiable... western style because he has his training in the US (He may have his training in the US but take note, you are an Asian)....

Dr. Baking - Minglanilia - very traditional/orthodox style

Dr. Senerpida - Ayala - he is very good but he is still young to the craft... He needs more cases to earn sufficient experience... 10 years in practice is barely enough specially if your market is just Cebu where only few cases are available...

Dr. De Leon - CEBU and MANILA - he is a GENERAL COSMETIC SURGEON, as far as experience is concerned, he has been in practice for over 30 years... Had his training in Chicago and Japan... Member of Cosmetic/Aesthetic National/International organizations... He has a very sufficient experience because he has several clinics in both Manila and Cebu and other parts of the country... He also constantly travels abroad for self improvement... He has greater exposure to the vanity sides - business wise...


I did all these research prior to my sisters rhinoplasty and so far my sister and her 2 other friends fall at Dr. De Leon's hand... all of them are so grateful... SALAMAT DOC!
