1. BUDGET: 3,000 - 4,000 pesos for one-bedroom unit; 4,000 - 6,000 for 2-bedroom unit.
2. Preferably naay dakong hawan, dili si-ot, okay ra kung sudlonon gamay but not too far from the main road.
3. Limpyo & Hayahay, dili alimuot
4. Peaceful, kanang walay mag saba-saba coz we have a baby. Preferably pod nga wala untay manok coz maigking man gud akong baby sa manok, di na nuon ka tulog ug tarong
5. Accepts pet owners (we have cats, they have their own "balay2x")
6. Wala'y problema sa tubig, kuryente, internet & phone connection, garbage disposal.
7. Most of all, SAFE & SECURED, kanang walay bisag kinsang makasulod, dili kuyaw sa kawat or hold-up within and padung sa lugar. Also, buotan & honest ang tag-iya
